Horrid. Over worked and under staffed!! My last visit the dentist burned my sons mouth with a hot drill. I asked them to file an incident report but he denied it due to him wanting to take pictures to protect his practice. When I felt uncomfortable to return to him. Absolutely awful!!! Customer service- a disgrace. They have cancelled so many of my appointments. The dentists keep leaving. Gee wonder why? My favorite dentist ever was Robin K**** . She’s not there anymore either. You will be better off waiting a year to get accepted at as a knew patient somewhere else!!!

They don’t deserve a star Wilson Dental is the worst Dental place ever from rude receptionist to 12 month wait they drilled the wrong tooth !! I had to call my insurance who called them and made an emergency appointment that also did nothing they left the wrong tooth sharp and I’m still waiting for my crown I moved on it’s a very ghetto ghetto place filthy and so unprofessional beware !!! Don’t go there it’s not worth the headache rude stay away

Ghetto, ghetto ghetto..unprofessional They harass you to confirm an appointment then when you get there they cancel and lie. My sons appointment was at 430pm on a Sunday. By the way they set the time not me. I get there at 415pm. They check me in. My sons and I and a lady waiting for her husband was the only ones in the waiting room. Then a mom and son checks in. Worst dentist ever I would not recommend this place to anybody , You will wait 9 months for an appointment you'll visit five times before you get an x-ray and a bunch of b******* excuses. The staff was very rude the waiting room was gross in the bathrooms were disgusting not to mention they put new dental chairs in and you could see like blood rings and an old tooth on the floor.

I would also give 0 stars if it was an option. My 14-year-old daughter was referred for a root canal that could not be completed by her pediatric dentist. We then saw another dentist for a couple of months that told us on the day of the root canal that they could not complete it because the tooth had an open apex (which they determined using the x-rays they took two months/3 appointments earlier). If I could no stars I would. To start this place is so dirty and unsanitary. I’ve been to apts and seen prev patients blood on the chair, light, dropped on floor. Dr.s try bullying u into the most evasive costly things so they get a bigger bill for insurance. You have a tiny cavity? ROOT CANAL. You need a root canal? Do the root canal, then messed up three the Dr did all at once, then had to pull teeth a year later and make a crappy partial that doesn’t even fit. Wilson dental as scammer you guys have to do your research before you go there. There’s only one doctor there with 50 patient and she can’t keep up most of the time when she goes room to room she mixed up the patient she ruins three of my teeth now it’s causing me $5,000 if I could’ve give her zero star, I would have please people do your research before you go there she tells everybody that is cavity if she get into your mouth with grinder, forget about your teeth, she will destroy your teeth

Waiting room was leaking all over rug in Waiting room upon arrival. Dentist insisted I go to emergency room for small gum infection, even though they had just done x-rays. Dentist refused to prescribe needed medication, so I was forced to go to urgent care, where they could not believe such medical neglect. Then when I complained the next visit I was dismissed for behavior. Dentist has really high opinion of herself and looks down on patients
