They make you wait an hour or so for an appointment you come to early if you're 10-15 minutes late even 5 they won't see you make it make since to me PLEASE SOMEBODY THE RECEPTIONIST some are rude They will pull TEETHS THAT CAN BE SAVED SO WHAT ARE THE DOING WITH THEM I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO KNOW if I can get in somewhere else I would go THIS PLACE AINT IT
If I could give negative stars, I would. We were essentially forced to "choose" Wilson because of NYS Medicaid. It's been a horrible "journey" of over 2 years to get my wife's teeth taken care of. She had to have all of her teeth removed due to a medical issue. This was established at the very beginning. The extractions took over a year & a half because of them cancelling appointments repeatedly on the day of the appointment, followed by "the scheduler isn't here, try calling back in 48 hours". The abuse I'm sorry my mouth is still swollen and bleeding from 2 weeks ago. I don't kn what to do . The nurses was no help they just stood there . And stare at me like a painting on the wall . The dentist was so rude and mean and just a don't care why are you way about her. The cleaning was horrible she didn actually clean just scares up my gums still hurt weeks after. Didn give me no information about where I can go or what to do about my mouth or breath they are no help
NO STARS HERE!! DIRTY! DISGUSTING! A woman in waiting room sitting with bare feet!!!! Huge stains like vomit on DISGUSTING carpet! Dead flies on window sils!! People in waiting room all talking/yelling/swearing on speaker phone on cells!!!! Oh & did I mention I was still not seen after two hours, then taken back for mouth x-rays & panoramics only to be told afterwards that she didn't need to (expose me to all that radiation) take them bc she had them from referring dentist!! I wouldn't bring my worst enemy here, I got 9 cavities filled by them and they enclosed bits of cavitie behind just about 5 teeth soooooo that leads me to my point is, I now need 2 caps, 1 for sure root canal and one possible one as well as them redoing all my filling from them. Amounting to about $6000 worth of repairs all for them to kick me out of their practice. Do not even think of going here.
Worst dentist ever been. Have had appts cancelled the day of bc dentist didn't come in and also appts scheduled but not the correct times or not in thw system correctly. Takes forever to get in for appt and when you do the wait time is forever. The staff is so rude, I've called and been hung up on. Do not recommend this place.
I think Wilson dental over book patients. It took to long to be seen I needed to get to work I was late.
Sucks there business practice sucks you make an appointment months in advance the day of you get a text saying you need to reschedule with no good reason its wrong when you need to schedule a ride to get there on top of it all its wrong they suck
