Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Was the dental equipment clean? Yes

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure.. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Were you able to relax during your appointment?
