Best Bang for Buck I've lived in three of Wilshire Skyline's buildings and I believe I am well-qualified to say that their buildings are superbly maintained and their customer service is very responsive, polite and considerate. I would recomment this management company to anyone. Their apartments are the best bang for buck value in LA. Period.??
Management is a Joke/try to pay you off to move ETE. ETC,ETC The worst managed properties in Los Angeles, starting with 954 Palm Ave. 7 years waiting for a stove to be repaired, a sink put in bathroom , held in by two containers of caulk (guess they lost the instructions about the clips, washers and bolts) No smoke detectors and if you want the ones in the corridors to work , you better put in new batteries yourself, as for lighting supply you own bulbs for hallways and outside as well as garage. A liar and a thief. Tenant rights are soon to be a thing of the past in the City of West Hollywood. City officials have been bought off to turn a blind eye as Wilshire Skyline, Inc. illegally violates tenants?? rights and local municipal codes. The property at 954 Palm Ave, West Hollywood, CA is a perfect example. Helena, Resident Manager, has coerced disabled tenants to sign buyout agreements without having a witness present. BEWARE; THE WORST PLACE TO RENT This corporation is held and owned by Isaraeli's. Although, I have been and has always been a great Jewish supporter--this company takes leapes and bounds to model themselves as the worst steoriotypical jewish trait--CHEAP!
