Do not buy or rent here. This building has major ongoing issues, especially with the electric busway. Last year, something even exploded, and they’re still trying to fix it. If it’s not one problem, it’s another. Management frequently asks residents to turn off their AC for entire days—often without any clear explanation. Parking is a nightmare. La peor pesadilla en residencia
El peor lugar q puedas escoger para vivir, reglas absurdas, problemas eléctricos diarios como si vivieras en un país tercermundista, todos los días en horarios de descanso y cualquier horario quitan la electricidad como si fuera poco lo q se paga por vivir aquí q ya de por sí está en malas condiciones el condominio. El parqueo es un dolor de cabeza no le dan importancia a sus residentes. En fin… podría listar miles de razones para no vivir aquí y creo q jamás terminaría.
If you’re thinking about moving into this condominium, think twice. The parking here is terrible you only get one spot for a 2 bedroom apartment, and finding a guest spot is nearly impossible. On top of that, the power goes out constantly, as if you were living in a 3rd world country
