Management is excellent, the rooms are newly remodeled and clean, peaceful environment with laundry, work out room and pool. Great place with reasonable rates. Also on site storage units for rent.
Renting in this complex was, to this date, the worst experience I have ever had with any landlord. The premises are completely infested with cockroaches (yes, the WHOLE complex, not just a building or two) to the point that we started finding them in our cars. The roaches will congregate on top of sewer grates at night. You will see them by the dozens, daily. The owners / landlords will not keep your nose out of their business. Terrible
I like living here a lot, but don’t move here unless you have somewhere else to do laundry. The washers and dryers are so small 1 load of clothes has to be separated into 2 machines. The dryers don’t dry all in one go, so you have to pay for those twice. It is $1.50 per machine. That’s $9 everytime you need to do laundry and that is just insane.
HAVE TO BE MARRIED TO LIST ANYONE UNDER YOUR APPLICATION APPARENTLY! I was going on a limb with this place because of all the bad reviews!
