We have an older pump and had a hard time replacing a part for it and this was the only place we managed to find it. The staff was all very helpful and friendly and walked us through replacing the part so thoroughly that it was very easy for us to do when we got home. Definitely coming back
They are a dealer for a product that I need a part. I have visited store, called 4 times and asked to speak with a manager. They keep telling me they will get back to me. One month later after numerous calls..no phone call.
Willow Park was not forthcoming about installation cost; told us it would be $1000-1200, but $4000 later, additional costs are still popping up. I understand that they are not the ones installing, but it would have been helpful had they told us that the $1200 (really $1500-1800) did not include electrical...
The courtesy and professionalism shown by this company is outstanding! And I like to, in particular, thank store manager Troy for all his help! What a great gentleman to deal with!
