Purchased a 28ft round Doughboy pool with EXPANDABLE liner. Well, it’s not expandable. Company won’t take ownership and said WE ordered a regular one. NO we did not! YOU made the mistake and now they won’t even help! Will never use them again! Have a pool and no liner!

Best pool store in the valley. We live in Whitehall with several pool stores close by. But will always make the trip to Bethlehem to go to willow park. Very helpful employees. They always have what you want or they order it promptly. Unlike other places, we Never feel like a ‘bother’
GREAT customer service. One of the employees Tyler has been here since we got our pool installed a few summers back and every year my mom and I look forward to having it serviced by him and the entire staff. They always do a superb job.
Bought my Sundance from them over 10 years ago and they serviced it a few times. I can’t say enough good things about the service. Prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. I wouldn’t go anywhere else
As first time spa owners I became nervous when my spa wasn’t functioning properly. I sent an email using the sos email and someone got back to me within 10 minutes. They reassured me that my spa would be fine till they got out to fix it. They came out fixed it while I was at work. Came home and had my spa back. Thank you Willow Park
