My husband and I have been taking our pets to Willow Creek for over 7 years. Every single person we have come in contact with there—from receptionists, to techs, to doctors have been professional, kind, and knowledgeable. When we suffered a terrible loss with our 7 year old yorkie, Dr. Moran was there for us—even allowing us to call her after hours to help us make some very difficult decisions regarding the care of our little guy. This place is FILTHY!! My dog got fleas from this place and the male doctor I saw could barely speak any English AND misdiagnosed my dog. He dispensed a steroid to my dog that I later found out couldn't be given with his long term necessary pain medication. The place looks like a dump yet their prices are outrageous. I would NOT reccomend this place to my worst enemy. Whoever owners or manages this hospital should be EXTREMELY disappointed in themselves.
