My eager beagle wasn’t herself and it turned out to be Lyme disease. One of its symptoms and treatments is lack of appetite. Dr. Z and technicians worked with me, taking calls and changing treatments to help work through this. I started coming here a few years ago when they made time for a crisis situation.
Our dog was being weird so we brought her in and we’re told she may need life saving surgery immediately so they rushed her into X-ray... only to find out she’s fine and we find the next day she’s just going through a false pregnancy. So we got to spend $900.00 on that. Then we get quoted 400 some for spay, and $600 some for spay and gastroplexy... only to pick her up tonight and have to shell out more than $900.00 again. The costs here are outrageous. The care given is not worth that. I will not be coming back with any pet.... read more
Awesome care here by the staff
$150 to look at my dog's ear and give us an ear wash, that's absolutely ridiculous. I've been a customer here since the 90's. The change over the years is disappointing.
They have been so very caring, patient, and thorough with my girl this past year - whom I took from a pup with severe hip dysplasia- I changed vets to them knowing I was going to need comprehensive care and I have received just that and more:) they have been wonderful and thankfully she is responding well at one year old- and very happy in the process.
Dr Staver is the best including the vet techs. They helped me care for my senior dog and were there with me when it was time for my dog to cross that Rainbow Bridge. I will always remember how kind they were till the end. Many thanks also to Emily the tech who is a great human being.
My dog Brooklyn was diabetic and blind they were amazing with her and I will always remember the kindness they showed during the hardest part of her life and mine thank you for all you did and still do for my other pups after her passing !! Love this place and all the staff !!
