I feel like the last few months Willow Creek has become my second home with my 2 dogs. Allergies to more skin issues, they never gave up and finally got to the bottom of it. these people have so much compassion for animals, I would highly recommend them! all of our cats visit here!
We see the owner and he couldn’t be a better person to see I highly recommend him. The front end staff/ people who answer the phone are nice. But. I ALWAYS try and talk to Sherri. She is more then polite and profession and ALWAYs gets me the answers I need. I will no longer talk to another front staff member unless I absolutely need to and Sherri is not around. You did well when you hired her.
Blossom had her first visit tonight and couldn’t give Dr. Lucena enough puppy kisses. Left with a clean bill of health and a very happy pup!

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Love all the doctors there they are all very nice and they always take time with you and your pet.
