I took both of my cats to Willow Creek Veterinary Center for 18 years. It didn't matter which vet saw my pets-they were all wonderful and I never felt rushed. They gave me plenty of time to ask any questions I had about their care. When both cats needed to be hospitalized overnight for UTI's, the staff welcomed my phone calls any time of the day or night to keep me informed of their progress. When my older cat needed to be euthanized, the staff was so compassionate and allowed me as much time as I needed to spend with him af... read more

Very friendly staff that is comfortable with all types of dogs. I have an Australian Kelpi (Loki) and a Pit Bull (Thor), currently 6 and 5 years old respectively. We have been able to visit with both dogs at the same time for regular check ups. Neither have ever required muzzles and both dogs have seen 3 different doctor's there. Thor has had issues with his lower canine teeth, which have been inspect by the doctor's on subsequent visits. That said, I have seen more "energetic" dogs, including pit bulls, while there that hav... read more

I have been a WC client for over 30 years. I tend to find one vet and stay with them for each terrier. I find them very competent and have diagnosed illnesses early so that treatment can be given. my current terrier is a patient of dr. staver. she takes time to greet my pooch to gain her trust before examining her .. and when needed, asks her techs to help. wouldn't go anywhere else... even though it's a little drive from our home. thanks

We have had nothing but great experiences at Willow Creek. From the sympathy shown when we lost our Stewie all too soon, to the support and kindness shown when we need to help our other two dogs cross the bridge within a year of Stewie's passing. The Doctors are warm and friendly and the office staff is wonderful. I would recommend this practice to all pet owners.

When he was a puppy the vet said up on the table and he heard up so he jumped up to give her hugs like i taught him and she threw a fit something fierce and after tha... read more

Please know that while caring for pets is our primary concern, our employees’ safety is of equal importance.
