Responsive, Friendly Maintenance & Well Managed This place is great. Rental rates are lower than most in the immediate area, but it's still safe, quiet, and well maintained. Some little issues & there with interior fixtures and paint, otherwise well appointed. Any requests to the maintenance department are swiftly responded to, and the management staff are friendly, and helpful. Please do not hesitate to contact the leasing office if you have an interior fixture issue. We strive for excellence here at Willow Creek. The "Waterscaped Landscape" is going away. :( We are currently under renovation and have some ideas for the landscape future. But nothing is final as of now.
