Excellent management The current property manager is the best manager I have ever seen in any apartment so far. He manages Willow Creek Apartments so nicely. He is very cooperative and helpful. This apartment is very good to live in this area.

Willow Creek I have lived at Willow Creek for a year now and we love it! The staff here is so friendly and Lance is wonderful. He does everything he can to help you with any problem. Maintenance has always fixed a problem in less than a day and are really friendly as well. Overall, we love the great price and friendly environment.
Willow Creek I lived at Willow Creed for 2 years and only moved because I bought a house! Lance and Jamie are fantastic in the office and go above and beyond for the residents at Willow Creek. The maintenance staff is very hard working and quick with anything that needs to be fixed. The location is close to WSU'S campus and not far from shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and I never had an issue with parking!

Willow Creek Fabulous place to live! The renovations are amazing and I just love the leasing staff. Lance, the property manager goes above and beyond to meet all of my expectations. I would highly recommend Willow Creek as a place to live!

Excellent Management and Staff Lance and Jamie are absolutely fantastic! They’re so willing to go the extra mile for you and work to know their residents as friends. The rest of the staff are incredibly friendly as well. Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at!

Great place to Rent Lance and Jamie are responsible for these apartments, they are such a pleasure to rent from. They are very responsive and will do anything possible to accommodate you. They are currently under renovation and will be up to date. Very nice place, enjoyed my stay.
Horrible This place is disgusting! Roaches and spiders everyday! I've only lived here 4 months and I've had toilet over flowing, air conditioner works terribly, I was warned not to move here and I should of listened I do not recremend this place at all that's why it's so cheap $560 for a 2bd 2ba there is downfalls! The management is horrible, the mainnance are always in your business, you can't even live comfortably without having issues here. Do not move here, you will regret it
my willowcreek experience I live at willowcreek apartments in wichita ks. I have been there since aug 2013, its quiet and a very small apartment community. There is a pool,and also some garages. The apartments are a nice size for the price but not alot of storage space, also very limited parking. Other than that i like the apartments
