It was great till we went to move out,.paid all fees to end lease, but had at least two weeks to clean because of timing and they went in without notice to resurface bathtub and caused damage to bathroom floor. We left them a note and because they knew that was against the law, it was still our place after all, they released us from cleaning requirements or deal with us filing a complaint.
