Had a questionable experience today that I’m hoping is just a misunderstanding. I have excellent dental insurance requiring no copay ever until today when I was asked to pay an odd amount in a copay, $47.00. I quickly inquired as to the reason or change that occurred and the the front desk lady shrugged her shoulders and said “It’s a copay”. I asked to see the form she was reading from & it clearly showed 2 charges for optional services $22 floride coating & a $27 oral cancer screening totaling $47. When clearly shown this s... read more
