I was seen at Magee to have a cyst surgically removed from my ovary. The staff was amazing! Everyone in pre-op was helpful and comforting during my lengthy wait (not anyone's fault, just a busy day with several emergency surgeries that took precedent). They did everything they could to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone was very rude and pushed me away when it was time for my ultrasound appointment cause at UPMC McKeesport they didn’t want to look at my script from my doctor that was faxed to them. Very lazy and unprofessional would not recommend. Not sure how any of them even have a job 🤦♀️
