My 6 1/2 yr old had to get her tube in her ear out since it never fell out after 2 1/2 yrs in. Every one was very nice and good to her. She also got 2 books and a magnet book type thing as a gift.. I know the surgery only took maybe 10 minutes we were there from 8:45 til a lil after noon but that is because they have to get all the paperwork done make sure she is who they needed and what not ... Been misdiagnosed so many times or they have failes to diagnose. The ER is a joke. Go anywhere else. Seriously. I have had nothing but issues with susquehanna since 10 years old. Its an awful establishment.
Self check in system at the lab was a little confusing. Otherwise, good experience and minimal wait time.
Great place to work and have my appendix taken out. Love the people, really miss the OR especially.
Been a great employer over the last 3.5 years! Generous, flexible. Sorry to leave, but new job will be much closer to home. Thanks so much for the memories and the opportunity to work for UPMC/Susquehanna. Top notch organization.
