Joshua Derryberry spend about maybe 15 minutes w but he spent most of it in front of the screen. He didn't build an environment, ask questions, or respect my concerns. Doctor Patel is a internalist. He works with the liver and blood. He is an amazing doctor. Very very personal and caring. We never sit in the lobby longer than 10 minutes and no more than 5 minutes in the room waiting for him. He saved my husbands life and continues to keep a very close eye on him. He told us in the beginning of we would just do as he says and give him time, he could prolong my husband life. And he has done just that. He doesn't sugar coat anything. I have always had a great experience with my Licensed Nurse Practitioners. Have belonged there for about 3 or 4 years now. I drive from Soddy Daisy but I mind that as long as I have a good Practitioner.
This doctor is very arrogant, insensitive, and unresponsive. His treatment of concerned parents is unacceptable. He was not our pediatrician's first choice to refer us too, but we could get in quicker so we took a chance. Now we know why.
Well been going for 5 or 6 years along with other family members. Been good care for most part. I had a med run out almost 2 weeks ago, called for a refill to his nurses number on Tue last week. Never heard from them or drug store. Waited till past Monday (6 days) called refill line left message again. I had a routine appointment scheduled Mon afternoon.
