I visited the Sleep Medicine clinic pursuant to a VA Community Care consult. I saw Dr. Milstone. (He was attentive and listened. No issues with Dr. Milstone himself.) A home sleep study was ordered. However, I received an erroneous $1,144 bill from the hospital because Dr. Milstone's staff (or shared staff of the Sleep Medicine clinic) failed to put my VA authorization number on the referral for the sleep study. Everyone at Williamson Health Medical Group is professional, prompt to respond, knowledgeable, and courteous. I am very thankful to have Dr. Cheryl Nabors as my doctor.
