My husband went yesterday for his first appointment as a new patient. He arrived at 1 for a 1:30 appointment and finished his paperwork at 1:20. At 1:45 they told him they because the paperwork took so long they would have to reschedule for September. Another woman in the waiting room was also turned away. They still charged us a copay. Extremely frustrating.
Not even worth 1 star They made me an appointment and called me in the back But dr lekshmi nair would not see me because I did not have my laptop with me to prove I was referred. Just said she could not help me and sent me out the door But still charged 400 dollars. I do not even know what to say about that. After now, my Second appt with Dr. Janet George at Williamson Family Medicine & Endocrinology, I am so happy to have discovered this doctors office and doctor. Dr. Janet George makes you feel truly cared for in regards to your health. She listens well, does not act rushed and seems to understands the individuality of patients. The nursing staff & Phlebotomist are caring and friendly. The entire office space seems fresh, clean, professional yet a relaxing atmosphere.
Easy to get an appointment, the staff is friendly. However, if you need any labs or imaging done don’t go here. Repeatedly, had labs done and the office does not upload to the portal or call you in a timely manner. It’s been 11 days, since my bloodwork. Last time I needed imaging done, it took two weeks just to finally get the orders through. Then I had to personally follow up. When you have medical concerns, it requires immediate and timely feedback. I’ll be looking for a new practice.
