I really like the staff and vets. I took over the care of my mothers two outside cats when she died. I love not having to make an appointment. It is hard to catch the cats sometimes and is really nice when you catch a problem you can go right in to the vet. Fast service. Always treated great. Fast service. Very pleased.
Everyone here are genuine and caring. They are practical, "take her to the river and that will help with the shedding." And realistic, "I have been treating her ear infection with apple cider vinegar, hydrogen peroxide and water." And they replied kindly, "There is nothing wrong with that but in this case it won't help her." I trust them.
My Wife and I took our Puppy in and the staff took turns passing her around, loving her up, and giving her treats. She will definitely not mind going back to the vet to visit. The actual vet had a great bedside manner and took the time to answer any questions we had and give advice. My family has been trusting Williamson county animal hospital with our pets healthcare for 20 years or more!
Wonderful bedside manner with the smart caring staff, vets that know their stuff. So grateful for Doctor Jackie this week, saving our Maine Coon girl, Lily. We give WCAH our highest recommendation. Thanks so much to everyone.
I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about the people at WCAH! They care for Dixie as if she was their own. Even when we move to our new home 40 minutes away, we will still come to Dr. Reynolds for all of our doggy needs!
The doctors & entire staff here are so wonderful.. I have four dogs & all of them have been sick lately.. EVERY SINGLE doctor has taken their time with my guys & have TRULY CARED about their well being.. I cannot say enough great things about them..
Always an excellent experience. Dr Lee keeps my budget in mind while still providing the best care.
Always a great experience! I bring in my work dogs and the staff is so helpful! They even help me lift out/in my stubborn Scout from the car who refuses to do it in her own. She's capable, just unwilling ;)
