Always feel like a celebrity when I go there. Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer, they pull in an expert.
Always a pleasant experience. Tom is a great service advisor. He is thorough with explaining all the needs and suggestions for my car. Never any pressure to have things done then & now. The loaners they provide are in prestine condition and are beautiful! When I wait for my vehicle, all the staff members acknowledge you while you are waiting, with a smile or hello. I always feel welcome and valued. Thank you all for always giving me a GREAT experience.

I was coming from Buffalo and my taillight went out on my Tundra. They got me in and out in less than five minutes for a ridiculously fare price. Thank you to the service department at Williams Toyota.

The service department is excellent and has very friendly employees.. I really love the fact that they come into the waiting area and explain about any issue they encounter during an oil change or 5k service.
AWFUL customer service in the Service Dept. We got a different story every time we called. "Parts were ordered Thursday." On Monday, when we finally got someone, "Oh, parts we just ordered today." When you call they RARELY answer the phone. It usually took 7-8 attempts to get someone EACH time. When we FINALLY were told it was ready, a week & a half later (we also got the someone called in excuse), our $900 quote was now $1,100, and were told that was with a $200 customer service discount. Amazing and prompt service! Silas was great during the whole process. Was very attentive to my wants and needs in the purchase of my new Corolla. He really listened to me and wasn't pushing me into a sale. He was available during hours that he wasn't even at the dealership to answer questions that I had. I enjoyed the fact that he took us himself to service to get my first appointment and then spent a decent amount of time showing us the features of my new car.
