My husband bought a car from this dealer and it is a 2013 with 26k miles and he didn’t even have it 2 weeks before it started having problems. They had his car for about 2 weeks then made Us come get it to reset some codes. It has been 2 weeks since we dropped it off now they’re saying another 3 weeks for the repairs at least. We will never be purchasing from this dealer again.

We bought a truck June 1. It has already broken down, was towed to them, and been sitting at their service center for days. My family is stuck an hour away from home and they are still taking forever to even look at the truck that was towed there Friday. I have a family of 6 and only a car that seats 5 without the truck. I absolutely would not recommend buying a car from here nor using the service center.

I could not of asked for an easier, kinder and quicker car buying experience. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, no pressure and made me truly feel they wanted to do what was best for me and not just sell a car. Kirk Barker was extremely knowledgeable and awesome to deal with. Being from the Binghamton area it was a little bit of a hike up to Elmira but the staff at Williams made it worth every mile.
Just over 2 years ago I purchased a Toyota Tacoma from these guys, I took it to get inspected today and it has frame rott in less than 3 years! Today I'm being told Williams will not help with ANYTHING! BEWARE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER! GO TO MAGUIRE OR GAULT! Update: I just picked up my Tacoma from the shop that was inspecting it it has 5 holes! 5!! How does this happen in less than 3 years? It don't!! Williams is a joke! Just bought a 2015 Tacoma from them and I can't say enough about how great an experience it was. The salesman, Joe Ruta was responsive, friendly and honest and the manager, Jim who handled the paperwork was pleasant and efficient. The truck was in immaculate condition and the price was unbeatable. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle here.
Overall great experience! I felt like I was at home with these guys. Joe is the man!
