Took a 2014 Camry in because air was blowing hot was charged 240.00 worth of labor only to be told that the 1200.00 compressor was bad...240.00 labor to diagnose a Toyota compressor on a 5 yr old car with 48,000! No compressor on a $25,000 car should only last 5 years let alone be 300.00 with tax which never even fixed the To tell me the problem. Obviously Williams nor Toyota Have any faith in their product after five years let alone customer base. They need made no qualms about telling me how old my vehicle is so good luck ... read more

Do NOT take your vehicle here for service! Their mechanics put a timing belt on our Tundra incorrectly which destroyed our engine. Williams refused to pay for or assist with paying for repair of our engine. Williams offered us 500.00 for our truck to junk it after they destroyed it, or 6,500 for them to put a new engine in it. We ended up paying 1000.00 out of our pocket to get the truck towed to them and away from them after their staff treated us rudely even though we are a loyal Toyota family. The service department was great!! Dropped of my old toyota pickup for electrical issues they had it figured out with in a couple hours.....
