Called to speak with the manager and was rudely treated by a salesperson, he demanded to know why I wanted to speak with the manager. It was none of his business. He promptly proceeds to tell me the manager was out of town. I will think twice about dealing with people like this.
Williams service department ROCKS!! Had an issue knowing if we had locking lug nuts on our jetta and the gentleman there (I think his name is Wesley) had me take pics and text them to him to see if they had a key available. He was very helpful and helped solve our mystery and saved us a trip out there! Even though we didn't have to use them this time, we will definitely be using them in the future! Thanks so much for having helpful employees!!!!

Avoid this dealership at all costs, or pay for it, literally. Misdiagnosis, incompetence and being charged for work that should've been done under warranty, after being told my warranty had it expired. It hadn't mind you, per VWoA.
Wonderful product (all 7 of the vehicles we've purchased from Williams!), and fantastic customer service (whether purchasing or servicing our vehicles). I recommend Williams AutoWorld highly!
The people at Williams Auto World are always super helpful and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy or service a vehicle!
