This is what you get when you take your vehicle to Williams auto World of Lansing to the service department. Their service department smoked cigarettes in my car and left them in the backseat and left ashes all over the clothes that were in the backseat. pretty classy don’t you think?

We have purchased two Hyundai’s from Williams Auto World in the past 14 months and we couldn’t be happier! The sales team is amazing! They work hard to get you exactly what you want and they are extremely knowledgeable about their vehicles. We are always happy with what we pay for the vehicles as well! When we price compare Williams always comes in at or below the competition. We will keep going back to Williams Auto World and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a great value!

Worst service I have ever received! First time there for a simple oil change and they didn’t put the drain plug back in correctly and ALL of the oil drained out of my car. This last time, the day after the oil change I had a small puddle of oil under my car. Took it back in and they found that the drain plug gasket wasn’t seated correctly. They claim that the part failed. A bit too ironic that it failed on the same day as the oil change.
