If there could be a negative rating, then I would give it to this company. I’ve never dealt with a group of such deceitful liars. I drove 2.5 hours one way to purchase a vehicle, at an agreed upon price. Upon arrival I was told that my trade in price that had been previously agreed upon, was no longer doable. Drove an hour and a half to see/buy a vehicle, after confirming the vehicle was in inventory, to be told the vehicle had been sold the day before. Such BS from an auto dealer still exists! And of course tried to sell me something different.

I was sold a lemon from Williams! I have had it for two years and it has been in the shop over 20 times and needs to go back again! They do not stand by what they sell! Time for an attorney! I find that very sad!

Picked up a used 2013 Ford Explorer and the transaction went smooth. When we picked it up we had battery issues. James jumped the car and we were on our way. Then next morning we had more issues it finally got it started. We let James know and he took care of the problem by having me bring it back in and replacing the battery. A+ service. Life happens but we were taken care of.
