After 10 years of living in my current home I figured it was probably time to replace our HVAC unit. I asked my friends and family and was referred to Williams Stoker & Heating co. They made a service call to quote me on the replacement price because I couldn't tell them what kind of system I had over the phone. I want to thank William Stoker & Heating Co., for helping me through an unexpected but necessary replacement of my on-demand hot water heater. Much appreciation to a great team, from the service scheduling phone rep who took my service order to the tech who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me navigate what the problem was. The tech installed a new unit and also discovered and replaced my broken main water pressure valve. I highly recommend this company.
