Williams Stoker & Heating has always been my go to company to keep up with maintenance at my homes and they have never let me down! They are very well experienced, professional, and reliable. Whenever I need anything besides my maintenance they also help me out, they have repaired my boiler, and water heater as well! They are a outstanding company all around you cannot find a better company for the pricing they offer here in Chicago!

Needed a new water heater and preciously working with Williams Stoker I gave them a call once again! They have and stayed having wonderful customer service, they value their customers and it really shows. Glad to have found these guys they have been maintaining the heating system in my apartment complex for around 13 years now. They always do great work for me and my tenants but they're customer satisfaction is their main priority.

Called them last night about my ac and they sent out their guy this morning. I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it, but it was leaking water. He fixed the issue in an hour and now it’s running fine.

My water heater went out mid winter. Williams Stoker & Heating returned my call within the hour and sent out a technician to help that day. I was so impressed with their customer service and their response time. They responded quickly, worked quickly, and the price was reasonable. My water heater is fixed and I am a happy customer.

Williams Stoker & Heating has been my go to company for a while now. They are the best in town and really take care of all my needs. Williams Stoker & Heating saved me from a AC Unit replacement. My Ac had stopped working and they were out the next day checking what was wrong with my unit. They found a solution that was much cheeper then i was expecting to pay, they ordered the parts they needed and had it fixed quickly. I really needed to replace my hot water boiler system and after being referred to by my neighbor I gave Williams Stoker & Heating a call. They were very friendly and professional since the first call, they came by my home the same day and checked it out to see if there was anything they can do to fix it. Luckily, they were very honest and just had to fix the pump, I did not need to replace my whole unit which was music to my ears. They fixed it in no time and it is working perfectly fine! I've trusted William Stoker & Heating with all Boiler and heating needs for the apartment complex I manage in downtown Chicago, the previous owner had been hiring them since the 70's I heard. I didn't want to disrupt neighborhood business since the area is already gentrifying enough. They always do a good job and are very punctual, its impossible to find heater techs that don't give you a thousand excuses why they cant fix my old style apartment heaters.
