our furnace stopped working on the coldest day of winter in cornelius. elias came out quickly to check things over. our furnace is pretty old and the parts weren't available nearby, but elias looked around and found what we needed from a supplier and ordered them right away. even though the parts would take a few days to arrive, elias brought us several portable heaters from the shop so our family could stay warm and our pipes wouldn't freeze. i'm very happy and thankful for the great service we received.
