I bought a set of pans for 435$ in December. Nowhere on the site then (or even now) does it say backordered. No one can tell me when they will be delivered, every month it gets pushed back another month with no one on the customer service able to confirm. Still on the site they don’t show backorder, it shows a delivery date of 2 weeks away, with no indication that you’ll be waiting for your order to show up for 3+ months. A nice store but not too thrilled with my experience. I spent hundreds on a Breville oven and they sold me an open-box item without telling me.
Lorena is Great, she is the best in the store! This five stars are only for her! She helped to find all items I need when nobody was paying attention. I have to say that I’m very disappointed of Williams Sonoma in California, your customer service is awful. Hire more people as Lorena
The Asian male employee was extremely scary. Maybe was a manager. He asked how we were doing and when we told him the place was crazy in a good way he gave us a disappointed look. I wouldn’t buy anything from here after that interaction. He said he was a dad and seems like a scary one.
