Went in because the aroma I smelt while walking by was too irresistible to not ask what if was! Just so happened to be a fabulous carrot and cardamom soup, they had made for Chuck Williams 99th birthday! After asking what it was that caught my attention, they were incredibly friendly and informative, giving a printed out recipe, and insisted that I along with a lovely couple be included in their video wishing Chuck a happy birthday. This is just one example of the few wonderful experiences I've had whenever I stop in.
I bought an expensive juicer about one year ago. Today the motor with a ten-year warranty gave out. The store says we don't handle returns on defective merchandise; contact the manufacturer. If you won't stand behind your merchandise, why should I bother coming to your store? Maybe I'll deal with the manufacturer and cut you out of the loop since you can't be bothered.
