Grouchy people they take customers for granted. I had never had such a worst experience with the store people. Not sure how they are trained to communicate with the customers
Ordered furniture 8 weeks ago from the Bellevue Square Store...have been told multiple times over the past 2 weeks that the item has arrived and is on a truck waiting to be unloaded and the hub will call to schedule delivery the next day. Today they told me that item is still in transit and maybe I'd have it next week. The experience is terrible...think twice before ordering furniture. Read other reviews...there are more stories just like mine.
Just had one of the worst retail experiences of my life here. We bought a ceramic pizza plate that was defective (split in two while using it). The less than kind store manager failed to show any compassion, replace it, offer a discount on a new one or any other mediation. They simply keep looking for ways to blame the defective product on us and we're annoyed to be talking to us. I've spent thousands of dollars here in the past and will never shop there again.
