RUDELY treated!! My niece and I was told today while shopping in the store at Cool Springs Franklin Tn. To pull our masks further up our noses, mind you we were wearing them properly but wasn’t good enough for the manager/employee. I was shocked and asked her what she said and again she told us to wear them higher up our noses. We turned and walked out of the store. Very RUDE and un called for. We won’t step foot in that store again!!

Great selection and friendly staff. The store was well organized and clean.
I purchased an item online and picked up in store. After getting home noticed part was missing. I am over an hour away and need it this week. The manager Jessica took great care of me, overnighted the piece that was missing!
Best experience ever. The manager was super helpful and she helped me get the Vitamix of my dreams.
If you like good quality in kitchen utensils and cookware, this is where you should shop! Just bought a spiraler for veggies! and a cookbook! love this store!
I purchased a pasta bowl that I asked if they could ship. I was ok with the fact that it wouldn't be there by Christmas. The manager couldn't be bothered...too much trouble for her to provide customer service. I probably won't shop at the Cool Springs store again. Have had much better service in Green Hills. . .
Spectacular service and the personnel are very patient when answering questions. The personnel also help explain the big picture of cooking when I ask about them questions about specific items. My favorite cooking store.
