Have never had a problem with this company,they have always been friendly and their driver Don is a peach. He is so courteous and helpful. Just recently,yesterday in fact the phone number we had for them no longer works. We called an eight hundred number that we found on the website to request a delivery,left a message but we don't know if it was received so now we are wondering if and when we are going to get oil.I hope we don't run out. 2/15 Got our oil delivered today. I’ve always had a great experience with Williams Oil. Prices are reasonable, always pleasant on the phone and delivery is in a timely manner. Can’t expect much more than that!
Calling this company to schedule someone to come check out our furnace, Christina kindly scheduled an appointment for noon. After calling three times due to no one showing up, Christina answered the phone and denied ever telling me noon. Instead of telling, "I'm sorry if there was a misunderstanding, what can we do to fix this", Christina yelled at me, canceled my appointment without asking and hung up the phone.
