I have lived at Heritage Square for 6 years. I have found the services such as snow removal and landscaping to be excellent. Paul the super is prompt to reply and take care of any issues
I have received excellent service - professional, courteous and most helpful. Recently widowed, my search for a new home was overwhelming, but Aimee has made my search much more manageable.
This is not just a pretty good property , But over all management of the building is excellent for 3 years since November 2019 , small or big problems let them know ,. & there is nothing they cannot fix.
We moved here in 2019 and my husband said , Kortright Apartments, we have the most awesome building management, She attended on our complain and fixed it, Lovely managing Zdravka., and keep it up.
Wonderful establishment to live in, and excellent service especially from the manager of Bld. 79 Conroy Crescent at Kortright apartment rentals, Ms. Catherine King. She has been incredibly kind, supportive and knowledgeable.
I love living here at these apartments and viola the property manager is great, anything I need is no problem.
