Hello: I just want to let you know what a wonderful, hard working lady our building manager is. Dawn is terrific! I have been a resident at 66 Devonshire Avenue, in Tillsonburg, Ontario for several years now. The common areas of the building are always kept clean and tidy. Dawn is always quick to respond when contacted. She is always pleasant and always ready to listen and correct any issues that are brought to her attention. Thanks Dawn! I am Pinegrove Building tenant from 2022 in Waterloo. I would like to support Karen A. from Williams & McDaniels Management because I am noticed that she was on top of things and proactive to any situations for all tenants inquiring about. We rent a house and have had, on a couple of occasions, Eva and Gary, our super, who have been outstanding in getting things done quickly and efficiently. Extremely thankful for the effort they put into their job/s.
I recently moved from Goulais to the Terry Fox Court. I was given quite a bit of assistance from the leasing agent, Tana, in filling out the forms. She was really helpful in answering all my questions. My bldg mgr, Prince, has helped out a lot too. He responds pdq to inquiries ie. garbage, helping on a grab bar install, or just asking if I need help with anything. Much appreciated. I'm a 25 yr army vet with some mobility issues. Prince makes sure I'm looked after.
It is so challenging and difficult to find suitable Rental Accomodations espescially when we are not familiar with a new area and live so far away. I feel more at ease and comfortable today after reaching out to Linda McFadden ( Sandstone )as she has been so helpful with leads on suitable accomodations to likely suit our needs as we are senior citizens . She also provided us with further Contacts Kathy and Lori to help us find our new home . We are so very Thankful for their Dedication ,Compassion and Understanding ......H... read more

Prince our Building manager, doing a great job and when you call him, he jolly on the spot. I needed a few things done in my apartment and he fixed it right a ways.
