I was referred to Dr. Williams by another dentist to address some dental issues. So this was my first appointment with him. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist, until I left, I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and service I received. And Dr. Williams and the staff were very thorough in explaining a proposed treatment plan, and the associated costs.
