Every staff member there included Dr. Williams put me at ease. It had been a while since I'd been to the dentist, and plenty of work that needed to be done. I was presented with a deep cleaning game plan that I will be following and it was clear to me and my insurance what the next steps are. You can't ask for more!!!
My initial appointment with Dr Andy went very well, from the office intake and filling out forms to my experience with Lisa, my new hygenist, but since I have yet to experience the skills of the Dr himself I shall withhold comment until after my crown procedure; however his chair side manner is pleasant and frank, which I very much appreciate! I guess Lisa was the highlight of my first experience with Dr Williams practice.

As much as I fear the dentist, Dr Williams staff makes it bearable. They are always kind and patient with me and do an amazing job making sure I'm comfortable. Every staff member I've met is kind, polite, and courteous.
