All of the staff including billing people are always helpful and friendly. Dr. Andy's new partner is very straight forward and easy to talk to. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes and teeth cleaning has never been more than 1 hour. I had a hair appointment afterwards and the hygienist was very efficient getting cleaning my teeth so I wouldn't be late to my next appointment. I get my teeth cleaned 3 times per year so I do see these guys quit a bit and the service I have received is great!
All of the staff at Emerald Parkway Dentistry is very courteous and listens to my needs. I had a very uncomfortable procedure done, but Dr. Hamilton and Cathy asked me numerous times how I was doing. I truly appreciate their dedication to the patients.
Jamie did a great job and was very cordial. As always, it was a good visit, even if it was to the DENTIST!!!
The entire Team at Dr. Williams is fantastic. Carla is very aware of my "issues" with the dentist and compensates very well for it! The front staff is extremely personable! Dr. Williams and Dr. Hamilton are superb! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
