Everyone in the office is very pleasant. They make me feel very comfortable and they do a wonderful job on my teeth.I never a long wait.

I hate dentists. I hate having my teeth cleaned. I can't stand the sound or feel of that metal hook scraping my teeth and scratching my gums. NO MORE!! This place is clean, spotless, staff is uber-friendly, and best of all...They have this sonic thing that uses water. So i get to lay back, hold the suction tube so i don't freak out and totally spaz on them and they work as quickly as possible and still maintain the gentleness of angels. I went to Dr. Andy for a root canal. Never a pleasant experience but I can't imagine what he could have done to make it better. My jaw on the other side was tired for holding my mouth open but the actual root canal work was pain free. He asked many times if I was OK and his assistant was also excellent. I took Advil because he told me too for swelling but never felt pain after the anesthetic wore off.
The new gal was great!
On November 1 I have had the best dental cleaning ever.
Dr. Andy Williams at Emerald Parkway Dentistry is always great. Janie was really thorough. The whole staff is pleasant and easy to work with.
