Great experience. Responded to questions about the Car very quickly. Pricing on carGurus was honored and they gave me what I thought was fair on my trade in. No pressure just a reasonable sales person, very nice to work with. Dom was the salesman. I would recommend William Buick GM because of the good feeling I had after completing the Deal. Love my new vehicle .

They put us in a situation where we drove 2.5 hours for an appointment to purchase a car and then sold to the person they could squeeze the most money out of. We sat to finalize the deal, they asked us to sign the offer, then when we didn't want "Data Dots" they sold the car out from under us. FYI Data Dots costs them $189, they tack it on to every car at the price of $589.
