Gene Simmons at Williams Buick Gmc made our buying experience very delightful. I highly recommend
I wish I could rate them zero stars. Too much to put into words. They could not find the keys for test drive for about 15 minutes. Took three calls to get a video of the SUV. Dealership did not have the title on hand. Was pre-approved by my credit union. Drove 1hr 45 minutes to test drive. Was suppose to come get it Friday, another Salesman sold it that Thursday. Was contacted by one of the sales reps, who apparently didn't know it was already sold. The sales didn't contact me to let me know it was sold until Friday morning.... read more
Could not make a deal and there was no follow up until I called.
Contacted immediately, did not follow up as I was not interested in the vehicle due to interior color. But great response time and communication.
Williams Buick GMC contacted me within 24 hours after I message them unfortunately I'm not ready to purchase at this time
