Fast and easy. Came in pre-approved and they had me out of there in 45min. Staff was very pleasant even after I showed up at closing time on a Saturday.
I love my car, however I'm very much disgusted with Sonia(online sales) Kevin(car salesmen). Sonia was happy to book an appt. Kevin simply a liar. After you purchase Sonia is never available, called because a warning/sensor light came on. Which Kevin boldly said to my husband it will go off after so many miles...google has determined That's a lie. I start going through the settings and also discovered my car needs an oil change.
