The salesperson was very nice, but had no knowledge of Passenger Trucks and, instead, tried to "fake" her way through the sales pitch. Gave misinformation about the lift of the truck, etc. The vehicle was not prepared for sale. It appeared that they were in the process of removing the window tint (could not see out of the passenger window, and had to roll the window down for the test drive). Good Customer service
The manager replied by email the same afternoon. I called Saturday morning, they advised they would have the car ready for me to test drive. I made the 65 mile trip and arrived at 9:30 on the morning of the 12th. Even though I was buying a used vehicle, I felt that I was as important as if was buying a new car. Had a pleasant time, was able to check out two cars and left with one.
Not the best experience. They beat me up on the value of my trade. Then - without much discussion - slid me OUT of the car I went to see, and test-drove and tried to move me IN to a brand new Model. Felt too much like the old "bait and switch" so I gathered my things and left. In fairness, I was contacted after the visit and the manager I communicated with was very responsive and helpful. But I won't be going back.

I brought my 2019 terrain GMC from excellent service.
The dealer does not take cleanliness seriously. The vehicle I scheduled to come and test drive (and drove 3+ hours) to see was the dirtiest car I have ever seen. Dog slobber on windows - vehicle had terrible odor. I will never go back
