I purchased my 2010 VW CC from Williams Auto World.It doesn't get better than their service!!!
We bought our new 2012 Outback from Williams back in April. We live in GR and when trying to work with our local dealer didn't work out, we shopped around online and came to an agreement quick and fast with the Internet sales guy Paul. It was a no hassle deal..... we're willing to travel 45 minutes to see the friendly, fine, folks at Williams in Lansing!!
I have had the best experience working with my sales person Paul Rawlins. I was involved in a car accident (not my fault) and my 2010 Forester was a total loss. Paul was able to get me a new car in less than 2 weeks. I am a loyal customer of Williams Subaru, primarily because of how much I like working with Paul. We live in PA, but had an issue w/ our car while in MI. I would drive back to by my next car from Williams.
A call a day ahead indicated I did not even need an appointment for my fifty thousand mile check up. The car was ready an hour later when we returned- even washed and cleaned.
Service went out of it's way to meet my needs. That I was an add on service in a full schedule, job was completed on time and back quick - the service and staff exceeded my expectations
