These guys are terrific! We just bought a Prius from them today, and the price was fair, they gave us a VERY good price on our trade-in, and they were both professional and knowledgeable about hybrids. In the last two weeks I have been to dealerships from Holland to Lansing and I felt this was the best. I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I bought our Forester here and it was the easiest car-buying experience we've both ever been a part of. They didn't hard-sell us and the finance guys were all very friendly and answered every question we had upfront. When going through the buying process, ask for Paul - he was simply the best.

So far the problems I brought to them has been solved. One time I have small problem with my car and I call them over the phone. They showed courtesy and trouble-shoot with me over the phone. (which is very atypical for many dealership service department) Therefore, I would say that there service is not bad compare with other dealership around town.
