They over priced parts by 3x their market price, charged $140 for labor and grossly overestimated the time needed to fix the problem. I took my car in for a problem with my fan not shutting off and they tried charging me 140 dollars to rotate brand new tires, $198 for an oil change and $180 just to look at it which included $30 in hidden fees they called shop fees after quoting me $150. The quote in all was 4k which was over twice what i was quoted by other mechanics. These people are scamming unsuspecting customers and comp... read more

Comparatively good Every dealership is going to over-charge you for maintanence and service provided for your car. This place does too, but I guess the service is Okay, and so far the problems I brought to them has been solved. One time I have small problem with my car and I call them over the phone. They showed courtesy and trouble-shoot with me over the phone. (which is very atypical for many dealership service department) Therefore, I would say that there service is not bad compare with other dealership around town.

It's a dealership service What can I say it's a dealership with a service facility. They charge an arm and a leg for their services and the chances of your car being ready when they promised is 75/25. I brought my car in for a specific problem 3 times and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. After changing about 3 different things they finally found the real problem (spark plugs) and of course then they changed the right thing. Sometimes I wonder why I even bother going back to them, but they're the only VW dealership ... read more

Unless you enjoy being treated like you and your family don’t matter, do not buy or lease a vehicle from this dealership. The used car salesman, Bill Onman, is disrespectful and sexist and any place that keeps folks like this on payroll does not deserve your business. This used to be a reputable dealership, but not anymore. Trust me, your money and time are best spent elsewhere.

I have purchased one and leased 3 cars from this dealership and have had terrific service each time (and great routine maintenance from the service department). I especially want to recommend the sales agent Paul Rawlins who I have worked with each time. He is knowledgeable, professional and makes the entire process pleasant. The financial side was handled just as well by Jason Miller the finance manager. I will continue to recommend them as well as look forward to giving … See more

My purchase experience with Williams Auto World Subaru was great. Will P was so helpful in teaching me about the difference between the vehicles and helping me decide what would best meet my needs. Wes and Jason were very helpful and supportive throughout the process. And Mishelle who followed up with me to go over the safety/other features once I had driven the car for a couple weeks was so helpful and encouraging. They turned a crisis experience into a positive!!!!!!!!!!

Sales person was very knowledgeable and followed up. Was willing to go on a test drive with me as I didn't know the area.
