Dr. Adam is a wonderful chiropractor. He works on my entire family and keeps us moving the way we should.

If you're looking for a chiropractor, I highly recommend Dr Adam. The biggest change that has came from his care for me is the relief from migraines. My migraines used to come monthly if not weekly and were very severe to the point it would affect my entire day, no meds or rest helped. Since receiving care I can remember only 1 that I've had in almost a year. Thanks for all you and your team do!

I have been coming here for over 6 months now! I was in tremendous pain on my first visit and got super lucky that this was the first place I called that morning. Dr. Adam fit me in twice that Friday and I've been so happy with my care here!!
Upon moving to Clemmons 5 years ago, I first met Dr. Adam as a neighbor. I have now been been coming to Dr. Adam for nearly four years and feel great. Not only is he a great chiropractor, he truly cares about his patients. Way to go Optimal Health Chiropractic!!!
